A Retreat Intro and Closing - Bookend your Yoga Retreat experience with inspiring talks by Yoga Retreats of Sedona Founder, Dawn Walter.
Breath Work – Breath work refers to breathing exercises or techniques to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During breath work you intentionally change your breathing pattern.
Breath Work II - There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. Many people find breathwork promotes deep relaxation or leaves them feeling energized.
Essential Oils Class – More and more people are turning to more natural & holistic approaches to health. By using natural remedies to heal ourselves we can be free of the worries of unwanted side effects. Learn how and which plant-based essential oils provide the mind and body with numerous health benefits.
Gentle Yoga – Gentle movement and postures designed to reduce stress, increase self-awareness and build strength and balance.
Journaling – There are too many benefits to list when it comes to journaling. Simply put, expressive writing is a route to healing -- emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Studies have shown that the emotional release from journaling lowers anxiety, stress, and induces better sleep. There's a strong connection between happiness and mindfulness. Journaling brings you into that state of mindfulness; past frustrations and future anxieties lose their edge in the present moment.

Sound Healing - Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras as with the Hindis, or other forms, the various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.
Trauma Conscious Yoga - Trauma Conscious Yoga (a.k.a. Yoga for PTSD, or Trauma Informed Yoga) is based on a particular understanding of trauma, one that emphasizes its impact on the entire mind-body system, as opposed to particular mental states (e.g., troubling memories). “Trauma,” author Bessel van der Kolk explains, “is not just an event that took place sometime in the past; it is also the imprint left by that experience on mind, brain, and body.”
Vinyasa Flow I - Vinyasa translates to “flowing with breath” and is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures with breath, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.

Yoga Philosophy - The main philosophy of yoga is simple: mind, body and spirit are all one and cannot be clearly separated.
